When I got to the store to pick up they had no problem helping, teach me how to strap it to the vehicle. It was a big order to fill with a dead line for a trip and me being so far but they met it with patience and understanding. If you're a teacher or Ece looking for early learning resources they have an abundance of neat puppets and puzzles to help get the kids interested in science lesson plans! I love this store!
